Wellness Tip: Having issues sleeping? This maybe the culprit behind weight gain and energy disruption! Try to cut off any caffeine (tea or coffee) by 2pm, this will help to balance the circadian rhythm and your sleep should be more restful!
Did you know the blue light (light emitted from our electronic devices) can actually inhibit melatonin production which interferes with sleep? This includes falling asleep with the television on. Be sure to stop all electronic devices half an hour before bed and you should start sleeping more soundly!
